By checking out and completing your payment, you agreeing to a monthly flower subscription. Changes to your plan, to skip, or cancel can be made anytime in your account. Please note that any changes must be made at least 1 week in advance. Prepaid subscriptions are non-refundable.

As each floral arrangement is thoughtfully planned and carefully crafted. From sourcing fresh flowers to coordinating logistics, every step involves dedicated time, effort, and labour. Due to the perishable nature of flowers and the advance preparation required, we are unable to offer refunds for cancellations or no-shows, unless otherwise due to issues such as poor quality or damaged flowers upon delivery.

Please note that every flower grows uniquely, variations may occur by nature. The images shown are for illustration purposes, and the final selection will be subjected to our floral designer’s interpretation and the availability of flowers in the market.

Delivery is subject to a $18 SGD for a single address.

All floral subscription deliveries are scheduled weekly, from 10 am to 3 pm, by our external trusted courier partner.
