For Flowers:

  • We've had a few requests to make our bouquets without wrappers for photoshoots, and yes, it is possible! Please note that the size of the bouquet will be smaller without the wrappers, as the measurements given include the wrappers. Simply indicate your preference in the note at checkout.

  • Certainly! Our bespoke floral arrangement rates start from $250 for fresh flowers and $130 for preserved and dried flowers, depending on the flowers and complexity.

  • While we can incorporate similar colours and flowers, each arrangement will be unique due to the individuality of blooms by nature and seasonal variations. Therefore, exact replication would be challenging. At the same time, we want to honour other florists' artistry and aim to preserve our creative freedom and style too.

  • It is possible. Mock-ups will be chargeable at the same rate as the actual floral arrangement.

  • Deliveries are available from Monday to Saturday, scheduled between 10 am and 3 pm.

    However, to ensure the best selection of flowers, we recommend placing your orders at least 3 days in advance.

  • A care guide will be included with your floral arrangement. Remember to provide fresh water for your flowers in a vase and change it every few days.

  • While we do our best to ensure your flowers are in optimal condition before sending them to you, slight dehydration during transportation may occur, especially in Singapore's heat. To revive them, simply give the stems a fresh cut and water to rehydrate them.

    However, we apologize for any inconvenience caused if your flowers arrive wilted, damaged, or unsatisfactory. Please contact us immediately via WhatsApp at +65 8921 1168 and provide a photo for reference. We will work with you to resolve the issue fairly.

  • Due to the perishable nature of flowers and the intricate planning involved in their preparation and delivery, we are unable to accept cancellations once an order has been placed. All purchases are final, and we do not accept returns. If a deposit has been paid, it is non-refundable.

    However, if your order arrives damaged or in poor condition, please contact us via WhatsApp at +65 8921 1168 immediately for assistance.

For orders in general:

  • For non-flower items, delivery normally takes 3-5 days, while we try our best to pack as early as possible so that you can get your parcel soon. Please let us know if you require urgent delivery, and we will do our best to expedite your order.

    Request for a re-direction to a different address or a re-delivery at another time slot (within the next 24 hours), it will only be scheduled upon payment of a $18 SGD re-direction fee.

  • At present, our delivery service is limited within Singapore. We avoid delivering to restricted areas as well.

    There might be scenarios where we can't reach certain areas due to access restrictions. In such situations, we will reach out to the party who placed the order for further instructions.

  • The party who placed the order must ensure someone is available to receive the flowers and/ or parcel at the delivery address.

    If no one is available, our courier will leave the item with the reception or at a safe place outside the door to fulfill our delivery commitments. Additionally, we will take a photo as proof of delivery.

    Eden's Ground will not be liable for any goods left unattended thereafter.

  • While we strive to ensure items are in good condition before shipping, we apologize for any inconvenience caused if your item arrives damaged.

    Please reach us at hello@edensground.com within 14 days and provide a photo of the damage area, or item. We will work with you to process a refund and/ or exchange.

  • To request an exchange, please email us at hello@edensground.com. For an exchange to be successful, the item must be in new and unused condition, with the original tags, labels, and packaging intact. Exchange can be made within 14 days of purchase, subject to availability.
