Sustainability Efforts

At Eden’s Ground, we believe in embracing sustainability through thoughtful practices that honour nature and creativity.

Flowers and Tools
We only accept pre-orders by sourcing flowers only when needed, minimising waste and ensuring fresh, high-quality blooms while reducing excess inventory. This sustainable approach not only lowers our environmental footprint but also allows us to curate seasonal, intentional arrangements that reflect the best of nature. By planning ahead, we can offer personalised floral designs while being mindful of sustainability and responsible sourcing.

For flowers that can be preserved, we extend their beauty by carefully drying them, giving fresh blooms a second life. This allows us to enjoy them for much longer while reducing waste and embracing sustainability.

We also strive to reuse vases and repurpose the plastic wraps that flowers come in, minimising our environmental impact. Embracing eco-friendly floral mechanics wherever possible, we use chicken wire and floral pins in vases, aiming to move away from traditional single-use floral foam in favour of sustainable alternatives.

Packaging
We use kraft paper, glassine paper, and fabric wraps for our arrangements, each thoughtfully chosen for its recyclability, reusability, and minimal impact on the environment.

Kraft and glassine papers are biodegradable and can be recycled with other paper products, while fabric wraps can be reused or repurposed through textile recycling.

To further reduce waste, we encourage choosing our vase arrangement option or requesting simple wrapping for easy transfer to your own vase.

Studio Initiatives
We’re introducing Petals with Purpose, a bring your own vase floral bar where we give a second life to flowers from our past weddings and corporate events. Flowers that can be dried will be collected and repurposed for a good cause.

Together, let’s make beauty sustainable.
