Please place your wedding flower orders at least 2 months in advance, or earlier if possible, to ensure everything is prepared perfectly for your special day. For larger arrangements, we may need more time to coordinate, so the earlier the better.

Step 2: Consultation & Proposal
We’ll review your ideas with you, refine the floral direction, and prepare a personalised proposal and quotation based on your celebration.
Step 3: Finalise & Confirmation
Once you’re ready to lock in your flowers, secure your wedding date with a deposit. From there, we’ll take care of the floral planning and details leading up to your day.
Since we take on only one wedding project per day, popular dates tend to fill quickly. The earlier you reach out, the better chance your date will still be available.

How do I get a quotation for my wedding flowers?
Simply send us your wedding date, venue, estimated number of tables, floral requirements and any reference images or colour preferences you may have. From there, we’ll review your requirements and prepare a quotation accordingly.

How far in advance should I book my wedding florist?
We recommend reaching out at least 3 to 6 months before your wedding date. For larger celebrations or popular wedding dates, we recommend enquiring even earlier to secure availability.
How do I confirm my wedding booking?
Your wedding date will be confirmed upon acceptance of the quotation and receipt of the required deposit. As we take on a limited number of weddings and events, bookings are confirmed on a first come, first served basis.
Do you offer customised wedding floral designs?
Yes. Every wedding is designed based on your preferences, venue, colour palette and overall vision. We’ll work with you to create floral arrangements that complement your celebration.
Can I request specific flowers?
Yes, please do share your preferred flowers with us. However, as fresh flowers are seasonal and subject to availability, we cannot guarantee specific varieties. Where necessary, we’ll recommend suitable alternatives while keeping to the intended colour palette and overall look.
How much do wedding flowers cost?
The cost of wedding flowers varies depending on the scale of your celebration, floral selection, design complexity and overall requirements.

Can you work within my wedding flower budget?
Sharing your budget with us helps us recommend suitable floral designs and prioritise the areas that matter most to you. We’ll advise on what can realistically be achieved while maintaining the overall look and quality of the arrangements.
Can floral arrangements be repurposed during the event?
Where possible, we can recommend ways to repurpose selected arrangements between different areas or segments of your event. This will depend on the design, venue logistics, manpower, and time available for relocation. Additional manpower and logistics charges will be quoted accordingly based on the requirements.
Can I make changes after confirming my booking?
Changes to your floral requirements, quantity, design, or scope may be requested up to 2 months before your wedding date. After this period, no further changes can be made. All changes are subject to availability and additional charges where applicable.
Do you provide delivery, setup and teardown?
Yes, delivery and setup can be arranged depending on your wedding requirements. Teardown and collection services can also be arranged where required. Any applicable logistics charges will be reflected in your quotation.
Can I keep the flowers after the wedding?
Yes, all fresh flowers are yours to keep after the wedding. Any rental items, including props, stands, structures, and floral vessels that have not been purchased, will remain the property of Eden’s Ground and will be collected after the event.
Do you offer bridal bouquets and personal flowers without venue decoration?
Yes. You may order selected bridal flowers and personal flowers separately without engaging us for full wedding venue decoration.
