Workshop FAQ
Not at all. Our workshops are beginner-friendly and designed for everyone to enjoy, whether it’s your first time working with flowers or you’ve joined a workshop before. Our facilitators will guide you through each step, so simply come ready to create and have fun.
Yes. As our workshops involve tools and sharp materials, participants must be at least 12 years old. For safety reasons, toddlers and young children are unable to attend or accompany participants during the workshop. All participants must be at least 12 years old and have their own booking.
Just yourself and good vibes. All flowers, materials, and tools (on loan) required for the workshop will be provided.
Flower requests are available for private workshops only and may incur additional charges depending on the flower variety, seasonality, and availability. Feel free to contact us before booking to discuss your preferences.
Private workshops require a minimum booking of 6 participants.
Of course. Your creation is yours to take home and enjoy after the workshop.

Our workshops typically run for 1.5 to 2 hours, depending on the workshop selected. You can find the exact duration and session timings on the specific workshop page.
As our workshops are conducted in a shared environment, we ask all participants to arrive punctually. Participants who arrive more than 15 minutes late will be considered a no-show, and no refunds will be provided.
We recommend arriving 5 minutes before your scheduled workshop so you have time to settle in. Workshops will begin promptly at the scheduled time.
Yes, rescheduling requests are subject to availability. A rescheduling fee of 50% of the workshop fee applies to fresh flower workshops, while a 30% fee applies to preserved and dried flower workshops.
As flowers and materials are prepared in advance and your place is specially reserved for you, we recommend contacting us as early as possible if your plans change.
Yes, you may cancel your booking; however, all workshop bookings are non-refundable as flowers and materials are prepared in advance and each place is specially reserved for you.
No. Flowers and materials are prepared individually for each participant to ensure a comfortable experience for everyone. Each participant will require their own booking.
We’re unable to accommodate accompanying guests who are not participating in the workshop.
All participants within the same group are required to attend the same workshop, as each session involves different materials, preparation and guidance. This helps us ensure the workshop runs smoothly and everyone can enjoy the experience together.
