Do I need any experience?
Not at all. Our workshops are beginner-friendly and designed for everyone to enjoy, whether it’s your first time working with flowers or you’ve joined a workshop before. Our florists will guide you through each step, so simply come ready to create and have fun.
Is there a minimum age to join the workshop?
Yes. As our workshops involve tools and sharp materials, participants must be at least 12 years old. For safety reasons, toddlers and young children are unable to attend or accompany participants during the workshop.
Can I request specific flowers or colours?
Flower requests are available for private workshops of 4 participants (of the same type of workshop) only and may incur additional charges depending on the flower variety, seasonality, and availability. Feel free to contact us before booking to discuss your preferences.
Can I gift a Workshop experience?
You may purchase our Floral Workshop Gift Card here.
The gift card will be delivered to you via email and you may forward it to the recipient. To redeem, the recipient can select their preferred workshop, add it to cart, and apply the unique gift card code at checkout.
Gift cards are valid for 3 months from the date of purchase. Workshop slots are subject to availability, and we recommend booking in advance.
How many participants are required for a private workshop?
Private workshops require a minimum booking of 4 participants.
Can I get the rates of the workshops? Is there any discounts?
Workshop rates will be shown on the cart page after you select the correct options and quantity and add them to your cart.
Any applicable discounts will be applied automatically before checkout. Kindly review your booking details and read the terms and conditions before making payment.
Where is your workshop located?
Our studio is located at 71 Ubi Road 1, #08-43, Singapore 408732, Oxley Bizhub (Lift Lobby 4).
How long is the workshop?
Our workshops typically run for 1.5 to 2 hours, depending on the workshop size selected. You can find the exact duration and session timings on the specific workshop page.

Who should attend?

Can I attend the workshop alone?
Yes, absolutely. As our workshops require a minimum of 2 participants to commence, solo bookings are welcome and will be charged at the equivalent of 2 participants.
Can you bring the workshop to my venue?
Yes. We can bring the workshop to your preferred venue.
A logistics fee from $200 applies, depending on the location, event requirements, and setup involved.
Can I bring food to the workshop?
To keep the workshop space clean and comfortable for everyone, we kindly ask that outside food is not brought into the workshop.
What do I need to bring?
Just yourself and good vibes. All flowers, materials, and tools (on loan) required for the workshop will be provided.
What language will the workshop be conducted in?
The workshop will be conducted mainly in English.
What are the sizes of the arrangements?
You may find our general size guide here. Sizes are approximate and may vary slightly due to the handmade nature of each arrangement.
Do participants get to bring home their creations?
Of course. Your creation is yours to take home and enjoy after the workshop.
What happens if I’m late?
As our workshops are conducted in a shared environment, we ask all participants to arrive punctually. Participants who arrive more than 15 minutes late will be considered a no-show, and no refunds will be provided.
We recommend arriving 5 minutes before your scheduled workshop so you have time to settle in. Workshops will begin promptly at the scheduled time.
Can I reschedule my workshop?
Yes, rescheduling requests are subject to availability. A rescheduling fee of 50% of the workshop fee applies to fresh flower workshops, while a 30% fee applies to preserved and dried flower workshops.
As flowers, materials, and labour are prepared in advance and your place is specially reserved for you, we recommend contacting us as early as possible if your plans change.
Can I cancel my booking?
Yes, you may cancel your booking; however, all workshop bookings are non-refundable as flowers, materials, and labour are prepared in advance and each place is specially reserved for you.
Can two people share one booking?
No. Flowers and materials are prepared individually for each participant to ensure a comfortable experience for everyone. Each participant will require their own booking.
Can I bring a friend or guest to accompany me?
To ensure a safe and comfortable workshop environment, we’re unable to accommodate non-participating guests, including little ones, and even for private sessions.
Can we choose different workshops within the same group?
All participants within the same group are required to attend the same workshop, as each session involves different materials, preparation, and guidance. This helps us ensure the workshop runs smoothly and everyone can enjoy the experience together.
