Do I need any experience?
Not at all. Our workshops are beginner-friendly and designed for everyone to enjoy, whether it’s your first time working with flowers or you’ve joined a workshop before. Our florists will guide you through each step, so simply come ready to create and have fun.
Is there a minimum age to join the workshop?
Yes. As our workshops involve tools and sharp materials, participants must be at least 12 years old. For safety reasons, toddlers and young children are unable to attend or accompany participants during the workshop.
Where is your workshop located?
Our studio is located at 71 Ubi Road 1, #08-43, Singapore 408732, Oxley Bizhub (Lift Lobby 4).
What do I need to bring?
Just yourself and good vibes. All flowers, materials, and tools (on loan) required for the workshop will be provided.
How long is the workshop?
Our workshops typically run for 1.5 to 2 hours, depending on the workshop size selected. You can find the exact duration and session timings on the specific workshop page.
What is the flow of the workshop?

I did not receive a booking confirmation. What should I do?
Please ensure that you enter a valid email address during checkout, as your order confirmation will be sent there once your booking is successfully placed. If you do not see it in your inbox, kindly check your spam or junk folder as well.
We also recommend including your mobile number when booking, as we will send a workshop reminder approximately one day before your session.
What language will the workshop be conducted in?
The workshop will be conducted mainly in English.
Do participants get to bring home their creations?
Of course. Your creation is yours to take home and enjoy after the workshop. Paper bag will be provided.
What are the sizes of the arrangements?
You may find our general size guide here. Sizes are approximate and may vary slightly due to the handmade nature of each arrangement.
Can I gift a Workshop experience?
You may purchase our Floral Workshop Gift Card here.
The gift card will be delivered to you via email and you may forward it to the recipient. To redeem, the recipient can select their preferred workshop, add it to cart, and apply the unique gift card code at checkout.
Gift cards are valid for 3 months from the date of purchase. Workshop slots are subject to availability, and we recommend booking in advance.
Can I request specific flowers or colours?
Flower requests are available for private workshops of 4 participants (of the same type of workshop) only and may incur additional charges depending on the flower variety, seasonality, and availability. Feel free to contact us before booking to discuss your preferences.
Can we arrange a private workshop session?
Yes. Private workshops require a minimum booking of 4 participants for sessions held at our studio.
During peak festive periods, such as Christmas, a minimum of 8 participants applies for private in studio workshops. For offsite workshops, a minimum booking of 15 participants is required, with a separate logistics fee applicable.
All private workshops are subject to availability.
Can I get the rates of the workshops? Is there any discounts?
Workshop rates will be reflected on the cart page once you have selected the relevant options and quantity (number or participants) and added them to your cart. Any applicable discounts will be applied automatically before checkout.

Can I attend the workshop alone?
Yes, absolutely. For fresh flower workshops, we require a minimum of 2 participants to commence; solo bookings are welcome and will be charged at the equivalent of 2 participants.
Can you bring the workshop to my venue?
Yes. Selected workshops can be conducted at your preferred venue.
For private and small group sessions, a minimum of 4 participants applies for workshops held at our studio, while offsite workshops require a minimum of 6 participants, subject to availability.
During peak festive periods, higher minimum booking requirements may apply due to increased demand, advance material sourcing and additional manpower required. Private offsite festive workshops require a minimum of 15 participants.
For corporate, brand and team workshops, a minimum of 15 participants applies for sessions held at our studio, while offsite workshops require a minimum of 20 participants. This reflects the additional planning, coordination and resources typically required for event bookings.
A separate logistics fee will apply for all offsite workshops depending on the venue, access, setup and event requirements.

Can I bring food and drinks to the workshop?
To keep the workshop space clean and comfortable for everyone, we kindly ask that outside food and sweet drinks are not brought into the workshop.
What happens if I’m late?
As our workshops are conducted in a shared environment, we ask all participants to arrive punctually. Participants who arrive more than 15 minutes late will be considered a no-show, and no refunds will be provided.
We recommend arriving 5 minutes before your scheduled workshop so you have time to settle in. Workshops will begin promptly at the scheduled time.
Can I reschedule or cancel my workshop?
Rescheduling requests are subject to availability. A rescheduling fee of 50% of the workshop fee applies.
You may cancel your booking; however, all workshop bookings are non-refundable as flowers, materials and labour are prepared in advance and each place is specially reserved for you.
Can two people share one booking?
No. Flowers and materials are prepared individually for each participant to ensure a comfortable experience for everyone. Each participant will require their own booking.
Can I bring a friend or guest to accompany me?
To ensure a safe and comfortable workshop environment, we’re unable to accommodate non-participating guests, including little ones, even for private sessions.
Can we choose different workshops within the same group?
All participants within the same group are required to attend the same workshop (type and size), as each session involves different materials, preparation, and guidance. This helps us ensure the workshop runs smoothly and everyone can enjoy the experience together.
Do you have real photos of your workshop creations and studio?
Yes. All workshop product listing photos shown on our website are photographs of actual creations. As flowers and materials vary naturally with season and availability, and each piece is handmade by you during the workshop, your final creation will naturally vary slightly while retaining the same overall style and concept.

If you require a custom mock up before confirming, this can be arranged and will be charged at the applicable retail rate.
Do you offer team bonding or client appreciation workshops?
Yes. We offer floral workshops for team activities, client appreciation events and company celebrations.
Our studio can accommodate up to 15 participants comfortably. For larger groups, we can arrange the workshop across multiple sessions, or bring the workshop to your office or preferred venue. A minimum booking of 20 participants applies. For offsite sessions, a logistics fee will apply depending on the location, setup and event requirements.

Once the quotation has been accepted, your booking will only be confirmed upon receipt of the required deposit.
