By checking out and completing your payment, you agreeing to a monthly flower subscription. Changes to your plan, to skip, or cancel can be made anytime in your account. Please note that any changes must be made at least 1 week in advance. Prepaid subscriptions are non-refundable.

As each floral arrangement is thoughtfully planned and carefully crafted. From sourcing fresh flowers to coordinating logistics, every step involves dedicated time, effort, and labour. Due to the perishable nature of flowers and the advance preparation required, we are unable to offer refunds for cancellations or no-shows, unless otherwise due to issues such as poor quality or damaged flowers upon delivery.
