Cancellation Policy:
By checking out and completing your payment, you agreeing to a monthly flower subscription. Changes to your plan, to skip, or cancel can be made anytime in your account. Please note that any changes must be made at least 1 week in advance. Prepaid subscriptions are non-refundable.

As each floral arrangement is thoughtfully planned and carefully crafted. From sourcing fresh flowers to coordinating logistics, every step involves dedicated time, effort, and labour. Due to the perishable nature of flowers and the advance preparation required, we are unable to offer refunds for cancellations or no-shows, unless otherwise due to issues such as poor quality or damaged flowers upon delivery.

Please note that every flower grows uniquely, variations may occur by nature. The images shown are for illustration purposes, and the final selection will be subjected to our floral designer’s interpretation and the availability of flowers in the market.

Feel free to leave us any special requests, like flower allergies, in the notes at checkout. We'll do our best to accommodate your needs.

Additionally, there may be slight errors in manual measuring, and colours may vary due to different monitor settings.

About DIY Flower Kit:
Receive a complimentary vase on your very first order. Please note that floral shears are not included. Subsequent deliveries will arrive in simple wraps to protect your flowers and keep them fresh during transport.
