Eden’s Ground reserves the right to make the final decision should any terms or studio guidelines not be adhered to.

Floral bar requires a min. of 50 pax onwards.
Accommodates 1 bouquet per guest.
Bouquet size serves as an approximation for your reference. Each bouquet is handcrafted and every arrangement is unique, as all flowers have their own character, shape and sizes.
All flowers are wrapped in our standard white or brown kraft wrapper with Eden’s Ground ribbon by default.
Choice of other wrapper colours and custom branding stickers and/or other ribbon options are available as add-ons for your event or brand.
All tools, such as cutters, will be provided for use during the floral bar session on a loan basis.
Flowers and foliage, including materials such as wrappers/ vase, may vary from images shown, final selection will subject to season availability.
Premium and/or seasonal flowers will incur higher charges.
No refunds for cancellations or no-shows.
Duration is as stated, or until flowers are fully utilised, whichever occurs first.
Floral bar activations requiring on-site florist support will be staffed by a minimum of 2 florists, with additional florists assigned depending on the event scale and guest capacity.
Setup and teardown are not included in the service duration. (Typically require about 30-60 minutes before and after.)
Logistics fee from $200 applies for delivery, setup, and teardown.
Prices quoted are not subject to GST.

For simple customisation requests, such as wrapper colour, ribbon colour preferences, vase arrangements, or specific flower and colour requests, please check availability with us in advance.

Specific branding customisations require a minimum of 2 months’ advance notice for preparation.

All customisations are subject to availability and lead time, and additional charges may apply.

At Your Venue
We bring the flowers and materials to your location within Singapore, with a standard logistics fee starting from $200.

For venues with restricted access or difficult loading conditions, additional charges may apply. If access limitations arise, we will reach out to discuss next steps before proceeding.

*Please allow for an est. 45-60 minutes before and after the workshop for setup and teardown.
