Each arrangement is made to order at least 3 days in advance to allow us time to source the freshest flowers for you.

For custom designs and requests, pricing may vary based on your choice of flower and the intricacy of the design.

For last-minute requests, a $50 SGD fee will apply to cover the additional time, effort, and resources needed.

As flowers are perishable by nature, and the advance preparation required, we are unable to offer refunds for cancellations or no-shows, except in cases of poor quality or damage upon delivery.

Self-collection is available at our studio located at 71 Ubi Road 1, #08-43, Singapore 408732, Oxley Bizhub (Lift Lobby 4), Monday to Saturday, 11am to 5pm.

Delivery is $20 SGD per location, for standard residential deliveries for orders placed at least 3 days in advance. Free delivery on orders above $150 applies to only 1 location.

All deliveries are made from Monday to Saturday, 11 am to 5 pm, by our external trusted courier partner.

For commercial buildings, offices, shopping malls, warehouses, hotels, event venues, or special access locations such as Sentosa and Gardens by the Bay, delivery charges may vary depending on access requirements, loading procedures, setup needs, waiting time, or location restrictions.

This serves as an approximate, general guideline. Final size may vary as every arrangement is unique, as all flowers have their own character; shape and sizes.

Bouquets:
Petite: 20-25cm wide × 30cm tall.
Classic: 30-35cm wide ×40cm tall.
Premium: 40-50cm wide ×40-45cm tall.

Vase Arrangements:
Petite: 20-30cm wide, 40-50cm tall.
Classic: 40cm wide, 40-50cm tall.

Flower Stands:
65cm wide x 165cm tall.

Dome Arrangements:
Petite Cork Base: 8cm wide x 14cm tall.
Petite Wooden Base (Lighted): 8cm wide × 15cm tall.
Classic Wooden Base (Lighted): 10cm wide × 17cm tall.
Classic Gold Base (Lighted): 12cm wide × 20cm tall.
Premium Gold Base (Lighted): 17cm wide × 32cm tall.
Apple Dome Wooden Base (Lighted): 14cm wide × 17cm tall.

Preserved flowers are real flowers that undergo a special preservation process to maintain their fresh look and vibrant colours. Dried flowers are naturally air-dried to retain their organic textures and muted tones. They offer lasting beauty with a rustic, timeless charm, each stem carrying a sense of nature’s quiet elegance.

Please note that some flowers may be toxic to pets if ingested. While we do our best to ensure safe arrangements upon requests, we recommend placing all floral pieces out of reach of curious pets.
