Each arrangement is made to order, please place your orders at least 3 days in advance to allow us time to source the freshest flowers for you.

For last-minute requests, a $50 SGD fee will apply to cover the additional time, effort, and resources needed. All urgent orders are subject to availability. Please contact us via WhatsApp at +65 8921 1168.

Due to seasonality, flowers may be substiture with similar blooms of equal value if unavailable. Final designs are based on our floral designer’s interpretation and the availability of flowers in the market.

As each arrangement is handcrafted and variances may occur by nature. Every flower grows uniquely too. The final product may not exactly match the image shown. Manual measuring and monitor settings may also result in minor discrepancies in size and colour.

Due to the perishable nature of flowers and the advance preparation required, we are unable to offer refunds for cancellations or no-shows, except in cases of poor quality or damage upon delivery.

Please note that some flowers may be toxic to pets if ingested. While we do our best to ensure safe arrangements, we recommend placing all floral pieces out of reach of curious pets.

If you would like us to create a pet-friendly arrangement using carefully selected non-toxic flowers that are safe and lovely for homes with furry friends, and offer peace of mind to pawrents too, simply leave a note at checkout and we will be happy to accommodate where possible.

Delivery is $18 SGD per location for orders placed at least 3 days in advance.

*For same-day delivery or urgent delivery, an additional charge of $7 SGD will apply. WhatsApp us at +65 8921 1168 to enquire availability.

All deliveries are made from Monday to Saturday, 10 am to 3 pm, by our external trusted courier partner. Do note that we do not operate on Sundays, hence any orders place will be processed starting from Monday.

Enjoy free self-collection at our studio, located at 216 Joo Chiat Road, Singapore 427483, from 11 am to 7 pm.
