Workshop Terms & Conditions
- All materials will be provided, with tools available to use on a loan basis.
- Flowers and foliage, including materials such as wrappers/vases, may vary from images shown.
- Requests for specific premium flower varieties are available for private workshops only and may be subject to additional charges depending on the flower type, seasonality, and availability.
- Private workshops require a minimum booking of 4 participants.
- You are encouraged to express your creativity; guidance will be provided throughout the session.
- Please arrive 5 minutes early as we’ll start promptly.
- Participants who arrive more than 15 minutes late will not be able to join the workshop, as sessions start promptly and late entry disrupts the experience for others. No refunds will be issued.
- Rescheduling requests are subject to availability. A rescheduling fee of 50% of the workshop fee applies to fresh flower workshops, while a fee of 30% applies to preserved and dried flower workshops.
- As flowers and materials are prepared in advance and each place is reserved specifically for you, cancellations and no shows are non-refundable.
- Materials are prepared per person, so each participant will need their own slot, and accompanying guests are not allowed to join.
- For safety reasons, this session does not allow for toddlers or young children to join as it involves tools and sharp materials. The minimum age requirement is 12 years and above.
- We reserve the right to refuse participation or entry if any workshop rules or terms and conditions are not followed, with no refund provided.

At Your Venue
We bring the flowers and materials to your location within Singapore. A minimum of 6 participants is required to commence the session. The logistics fee is already included in the pricing.
For venues with restricted access or difficult loading conditions, additional charges may apply. If access limitations arise, we will reach out to discuss next steps before proceeding.
*Please allow for an est. 30 to 45 minutes before and after the workshop for setup and teardown.

*All tools, such as cutters, will be provided for use during the workshop on a loan basis.
