Each creation is made to order with care. Kindly place your wedding flower orders 2 months in advance, or as early as possible to ensure timely and perfect arrangements for your special day.

Due to seasonality, flowers may be substituted with similar blooms of equal value if unavailable. Final designs are based on our floral designer’s interpretation and the availability of flowers in the market.

For premium flower requests, additional charges may apply. Premium flowers include varieties such as peonies, calla lilies, orchids, delphiniums, and imported garden roses, among others. Please note that this list is not exhaustive, and availability may vary depending on the season.

As each arrangement is handcrafted and variances may occur by nature. Every flower grows uniquely too. The final product may not exactly match the image shown. Manual measuring and monitor settings may also result in minor discrepancies in size and colour.

Due to the perishable nature of flowers and the advance preparation required, we are unable to offer refunds for cancellations or no-shows, except in cases of poor quality or damage upon delivery.

Delivery Information
Delivery is $20 SGD per location for standard residential deliveries. Free delivery on orders above $150 applies to only 1 location.

This applies to smaller floral items such as bridal bouquets and boutonnieres.

All deliveries are made from Monday to Saturday, 11 am to 5 pm, by our external trusted courier partner.

*For same-day delivery or urgent delivery, an additional charge of $60 SGD will apply to cover the additional time, effort, and resources needed. WhatsApp us at +65 8921 1168 to enquire availability.

For commercial buildings, offices, shopping malls, warehouses, hotels, event venues, or special access locations such as Sentosa and Gardens by the Bay, delivery charges may vary depending on access requirements, loading procedures, setup needs, waiting time, or location restrictions.

Logistics for larger or bulkier items, including a full wedding setup, will be quoted based on the scale and requirements of your celebration.

Self-collection Information
Self-collection is available at our studio located at 71 Ubi Road 1, #08-43, Singapore 408732, Oxley Bizhub (Lift Lobby 4), Monday to Saturday, 11am to 5pm.
