Designed in our signature freeform, textural way, each arrangement is uniquely handcrafted based on the best flowers available in the market.

Every flower grows uniquely and variances may occur by nature. The final product may not exactly match the image shown.

Manual measuring and monitor settings may also result in minor discrepancies in size and colour.

For premium flower requests, additional charges may apply.

Due to seasonality, flowers may be substituted with similar flowers of equal value if unavailable. Final designs are based on our floral designer’s interpretation and the availability of flowers in the market.

We aim to deliver the freshest flowers through our pre-order approach, allowing us to source blooms sustainably and close to the event date. While we strive to uphold this, Eden’s Ground is not responsible for natural deterioration due to environmental conditions such as heat, humidity, direct sunlight, or venue conditions after delivery or installation, nor for damage caused by handling or movement by the client or guests.

Each arrangement is made to order at least 3 days in advance to allow us time to source the freshest flowers for you.

For custom designs and requests, pricing may vary based on your choice of flower and the intricacy of the design.

For last-minute requests, a $50 SGD fee will apply to cover the additional time, effort, and resources needed.

As flowers are perishable by nature, and the advance preparation required, we are unable to offer refunds for cancellations or no-shows, except in cases of poor quality or damage upon delivery.

Delivery is $20 SGD per location for orders placed at least 3 days in advance.

All deliveries are made from Monday to Saturday, 11 am to 5 pm, by our external trusted courier partner.

Free delivery on orders above $150 applies to only 1 location.

Preserved flowers are real flowers that undergo a special preservation process to maintain their fresh look and vibrant colours. With proper care (see guide below), they can last 3–5 years, making them low-maintenance, long-lasting, and perfect as an unforgettable gift or a timeless addition to your home décor.

Dried flowers are naturally air-dried to retain their organic textures and muted tones. They offer lasting beauty with a rustic, timeless charm, each stem carrying a sense of nature’s quiet elegance.

Please note that some flowers may be toxic to pets if ingested. While we do our best to ensure safe arrangements upon requests, we recommend placing all floral pieces out of reach of curious pets.
