FESTIVE* Christmas Tree Workshop: Make & Decorate a Mini Tree

• One participant per booking. Each participant will create their own arrangement and receive an individual set of materials. Workshop bookings and arrangements cannot be shared.

Examples that are not permitted:
• 2 people sharing 1 wreath or arrangement
• 1 person making the wreath while another joins later to decorate it
• Booking 1 place for a couple, parent and child, or 2 friends to work on the same arrangement
• Bringing an additional child or guest to sit in the workshop area without a booking

• For safety reasons, workshop participation is recommended for guests aged 12 and above, as floral tools and cutters will be used during the session.
• Participants who arrive more than 15 minutes late will not be able to join the workshop, as sessions start promptly and late entry disrupts the experience for others. No refunds will be issued. Late arrivals may have less time to complete their arrangement, and the workshop end time cannot be extended.
• Rescheduling requests are subject to availability. A rescheduling fee of 50% of the workshop fee applies, as flowers, materials, and labour are sourced and prepared in advance.
• As flowers and materials are prepared in advance and each place is reserved specifically for you, cancellations and no-shows are non-refundable.
• Food and drinks are not permitted at the floral worktables. Drinks may be placed at the designated drinks area.
• Christmas workshop preorders include 1 complimentary reschedule when requested at least 1 month in advance, subject to availability. No further rescheduling requests will be accepted from 1 November 2026 onwards.
• Workshop dates, timings and bookings are subject to availability.
• We reserve the right to refuse participation or entry if any workshop rules or terms and conditions are not followed, with no refund provided.
